Wow! what a crazy couple of days! Thank you so much for all your support in our first ever R4R Radiothon! The outpouring of support is simply stunning. Every dollar raised is going towards the Radio For Radiology campaign to benefit the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre. Over the 2 days we raised over $30,000!!!

 KICX 106 salutes Hometown Heroes! Here's your chance to nominate someone you think represents a Hometown Hero. A Firefighter - a cub or guide leader - a dedicated volunteer - a local person serving in our Military - someone who has received a special award - a doctor, nurse or teacher. Who do you know that represents a Hometown Hero? Tell us your Hometown Heroe and if possible send us a picture too! Jack and Carey will feature someone every Friday.
